Refund Policy

The core of Questoria is free. This policy applies only to the paid Questoria Pro subscription. Questoria Pro is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your payment and handles billing, taxes, and refunds, while your use of Questoria is governed by our Terms of Service . Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf.

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied with Questoria Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Once approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are made in the original currency of your purchase; the amount shown in your local currency may vary slightly due to exchange rates.

How to request a refund

Contact us at kontakt@sayardigital.com with the email address used for the purchase, or reach Paddle buyer support directly through the receipt you received by email. We will arrange the refund through Paddle.

Subscriptions and cancellations

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future billing. The 14-day refund window applies to your most recent charge. If you cancel after the 14-day window, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges are made; charges outside the 14-day window are non-refundable except where required by law.

After a refund, your Pro access and any Pro-only cosmetic items end. Virtual items have no cash value and are not separately refundable (see the Virtual items section of our Terms of Service ).

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, any refund or withdrawal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. As the seller of record, Paddle provides any statutory right of withdrawal and the related information at checkout. Where Paddle's own buyer terms apply, they govern the processing of your refund.
