Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Questoria (the "Service"), operated by Sayar Digital - Aaron-Pascal Sayar ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Questoria is a gamified habit and task application that helps you organise goals as storylines and quests, with character progression and optional companion features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. Purchasing Questoria Pro requires that you are of full legal age, or that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account that is attributable to you or that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Subscriptions and payment
The core of Questoria is free to use. Questoria Pro is an optional paid subscription, billed either EUR 6.99 per month or EUR 49.99 per year, which renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your account or via Paddle to stop future billing.
Questoria Pro is sold through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller of record for your payment. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and refunds, and provides any statutory right of withdrawal together with the related information at checkout. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's buyer terms. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy .
4. Virtual items and in-game currency
The Service includes virtual items and in-game currency, such as gold, experience, pets, character looks, and items. These have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Service, and are licensed to you for use within the Service only. We may change or reset free in-game balances at any time, for example when balancing gameplay. Cosmetic items unlocked through Questoria Pro will only be changed or removed for valid reasons, such as legal or security requirements or the retirement of a feature, and we will give reasonable notice where practical. Purchasing Questoria Pro grants access to features and cosmetic items; it does not transfer ownership of them to you. Your statutory refund rights are unaffected (see our Refund Policy ).
5. AI companion
Questoria may offer an AI companion feature. Its responses are generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on them for important decisions. The companion may be subject to fair-use limits, may be unavailable at times, and must not be misused, for example to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Terms;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
- abuse, automate, or exploit features (including companion or reward systems) beyond their intended use;
- upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or harmful to others.
7. Community conduct and reporting
The Service may include social features, such as direct messages. When interacting with other users you must not harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, or send unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content, and you must not spam or send unsolicited promotions. You can report abusive behaviour or content to us at kontakt@sayardigital.com. We may review reported content and remove it or restrict accounts where this is reasonable and proportionate to protect users.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in the Service, such as your storylines and quests ("Your Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, and display Your Content as necessary to operate and provide the Service, including delivering messages you send to their intended recipients. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to it.
9. Feedback and ideas
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback for any purpose, without attribution or compensation to you. You are under no obligation to send us feedback.
10. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, artwork, characters, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our permission.
11. Reporting infringing or illegal content
If you believe content in the Service infringes your intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful, contact us at kontakt@sayardigital.com with a description of the content, where it appears in the Service, your contact details, and the legal basis for your complaint. We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to the content where appropriate.
12. No medical or professional advice
Questoria is a productivity and motivation tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not rely on the Service for decisions about your health or wellbeing.
13. Beta and early access
Parts of the Service may be offered as a beta or early-access version. Beta features are provided for testing, may be incomplete or unstable, may change or be withdrawn, and associated data may be reset. To the extent permitted by law, beta features are provided with reduced or no warranties.
14. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
15. Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health. For simple negligence, we are liable only where we breach an essential contractual obligation (an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may reasonably rely), and in that case our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Any further liability for simple negligence is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.
16. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service and any virtual items ends; this does not affect statutory refund rights for unused paid benefits.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and contact
